Our Administrative Services Departments work closely with front-line staff to ensure that patient safety, clinical quality and patient satisfaction are at the forefront of every interaction between staff and guests. An expectation from team members is to provide excellent service to fellow departments to guarantee that positive outcomes are achieved. Whether that would be from our Plant Operations department in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment to our Purchasing agents who with our Storeroom make certain that our staff have the most up to date equipment and supplies that they need on their units.
Our Medical Staff office works to have the most highly skilled and credentialed physicians in our facility. This practice is not only for the Medical Staff office but for our Human Resources department as well. They constantly strive to recruit and retain the most qualified, friendly, and caring staff in any medical facility in New Jersey. This all could not be accomplished without the Corporate Compliance department overseeing the policies and procedures that reinforce the services we provide.
