Bio
Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Jeffrey F. Augustin is a highly skilled and experienced surgeon providing comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services since 2006.
Dr. Augustin received his Bachelor’s degree In Economics from Harvard University, before graduating with his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine, where he was a member of the Student National Medical Association and the Saint George Medical Cancer Society. His postgraduate training included a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a fellowship in Orthopedic Sports Medicine at the Institute for Bone and Joint Disorders to further specialize his training.
During his training, Dr. Augustin participated in Orthopedic research studies and presented his work at Orthopedic Grand Rounds at the New Jersey Medical School. He also had an article published in Foot and Ankle Clinics, a leading medical journal. In addition to his practice duties, Dr. Augustin also serves as an Orthopedic Team Physician for Division 2 sports at Bloomfield College.
