Each year, Castle Connolly invites physicians to complete an online survey where they evaluate a hospital’s ability to provide quality care and its overall effectiveness in treating specific medical conditions. Among the categories in which HRH was recognized are: hip & knee surgery; pain management; patient room and bathroom cleanliness; and overall patient satisfaction.
