VENDOR GUIDELINES

  • Are there any vendor fees?

    Non-Consumables vendor fee: FREE
    Vendors selling or offering consumables must pay $25 to DOH. Food trucks must pay additional $25 to Fire Department.

    Please complete Secaucus Department of Health’ application and submit it by October 10th, 2022. Only food trucks have to complete the $25 Fire Departments application.

    All vendors are required to complete a CC Authorization Form. You will only be charged a $30 fee if you cancel last minute or do not show.

  • What time can I begin setting up?

    The Fall Festival is Sunday, October 23, 2022.
    Set up time: 8 AM – 10:00 AM
    Event time: 11 AM – 3 PM


    Does the event provide a setup?

    Vendor must provide its own tent and furniture. Electricity will be provided by the event. WiFi will not be provided.


    All garbage must be cleaned up before leaving the event. All items must be taken by vendors at the end of the event.
